I got to creating a little again today and have created a basic template
If anyone can use it. Here's a preview of the template
I have also done a little layout using the template
The template is 3600x3600 so full sized but easy enough to resize as necessary for taggers
look for zip called template 13 it's in two formats psp and psd.
